Your account

You need an account to download and use CineLogic. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Free trial and subscription

• CineLogic needs an active free trial or Creator subscription. Without one, the app asks you to subscribe before you can keep working; your projects and footage stay on your Mac.
• The Creator plan includes a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. A payment method is required to start it.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at $19.99 per month or $198.96 per year, depending on the billing period you chose, and renews until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your trial or the period you've paid for.
• Prices are in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.

Your content

Your footage, projects, and edits are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You are responsible for having the rights to the media you work with.

Iris and AI features

Iris and automated analysis can make mistakes. Review cuts, transcripts, and summaries before relying on them, and keep backups of important work.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse CineLogic: no reverse engineering, reselling, circumventing licensing, or using the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Changes and availability

We improve CineLogic regularly and may change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms we'll update this page and the date above.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CineLogic is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
